Attention all foodies: For the whole month of October, some of London’s best restaurants are offering you the chance to indulge in amazing dining experiences for a fraction of the usual cost. The St Paul’s branch of this Vietnamese street food restaurant is based in One New Change and offers spectacular views of the cathedral from the terrace. Inside, booth seating and communal benches evoke the lively buzz of the streets of Hanoi.
